Maybe I just got unlucky with my neighbors :(

Living in an expensive apartment, I would think I would have better access to what's offered. The clubhouse used to close at 9 pm, but since new management the closing hour has changed to 6 pm. Which leaves that unassailable to people who work the normal 9-5 job. Every time I've been in contact with management they are not very friendly, and are very monotoned. Oh and my upstairs neighbors suck! I get it, I live in an apt. But when the floors are so thin that you can hear the person above you having sex because their bed is so squeaky or when they decide to let their dog play fetch inside, it's very annoying.
