Hot Area Only Becoming More Desirable

We are right on the boarder of Brooklyn Heights and Downtown Brooklyn. There are SO many new residential buildings going up right now. We're about to be surrounded by skyscraper apartment buildings. (i.e., diminishing sunlight on the sidewalks).

Our building is very pet friendly, and there are many dogs of all sizes and breeds.

The super in the building is great. He's very responsive and easy to reach.

Location is great, with public transportation, restaurants and shopping all close by. This building doesn't have a gym, but there are lots of gym options nearby from Equinox and NYSP to Soul Cycle and YogaWorks.

Brooklyn Heights Reviews

Brooklyn Heights is one of the most beautiful neighborhoods in Brooklyn. There are a lot of brownstones with families, and it tends to be expensive, but great deals on individual apartments do exist if you hold out for them for a few weeks. The Brooklyn Bridge, Brooklyn Bridge Park, and the Brooklyn Heights Promenade are all in the neighborhood.

There are 7 subway lines in or near the neighborhood, and it's only one subway stop away from Manhattan in most instances. It's not where people party on the weekends, but there are still plenty of places to eat and hang out if you're in the mood for a chill night. It's the kind of place you live if you want to go out elsewhere and come back home at the end of the night to your cute, quiet neighborhood.

The commute to Stern is about 30 minutes via subway--not bad, but if you're willing to pay more money for a smaller apartment, you probably want to look in Manhattan.
lovely quiet neighborhood with a lot of amenities and close to transit. lots of families and older folks - not the hipster set. close to bk heights promenade and bk bridge park with amazing views.
Great for families, a more relaxed neighborhood compared to Manhattan, while very close to parks and outdoor activities.
I feel very safe in my neighborhood, even when I take the subway back late at night. Brooklyn Heights is residential and quiet. There are some stores and restaurants.
