Great building with amenities

The building has new hallways and apartments have high end condo finishes. Add to this plenty of laundry machines, a nice gym with peloton bikes and you have a great place to live. Downside are the fees associated with move in.

Quiet area,

Great Management company and clean building. Nice gym and common areas. Lots of sun light inside the apartments.

Two great grocery stores close by and lots of restaurants and bars in the area. New stores and restaurants opening soon. Area is quite low key in the weekends.

Good public transportation connections.
