Loud and unbearable
Horrible location. Right next to all the bars and nightclubs on division street. Weekend nights are unbearable with screaming and drunk people yelling well into the early morning. The smell of the building is also very bad - it smells of stale smoke. The carpet and floors have not been updated in what looks like decades.I can't believe I pay so much for so little. When I moved in I started paying 1125.00 for a stuido that had broken glass in the closet, broken toilet seat, and clogged shower. The floor is not sealed very well and ants are all over the place. Units above me leak water down the outside wall and it pools on my window sill. The washing machines also break consistently and eat your quarters regularly.
