Reserve at Eisenhower

The apartment is nice, waters hot, no bugs, etc. The pool, gym and tennis court are fun. The metro is an 10 min walk, 4 min run away. The trip from Van Dorn to Foggy Bottom is about 30 min. The apartment community is almost non-existent because everyone commutes somewhere else. If you are looking for an apartment social life, look elsewhere. While the gym isn't amazing, it has three treadmills, two bike machines, two ellipticals, a bench press machine, lat-pull down machine, leg curl machine, bicep curl machine, 2 TVs and a set of dumbbells from 5 to 50 lbs (in increments of 5 lbs).

Okay option for a student

The apartment complex has many issues, but overall the staff is great.
