Fairly affordable and close to campus.

I have been living at Wimbledon Condominum all 3 years of law school and personally had an enjoyable experience. My landlord owns the residence my law school roommates and I rent and has taken the time to renovate the place and make is a spacious and comfortable place for students. Cons: only one assigned parking so roommates have to rely on guest parking which can be tricky at times, HOA controls the heat/cooling system, pools are only open from labor day - memorial day, no in-unit laundry. Pros: close to multiple buses (only one bus to the law school, 10 mins or less), fairly priced compared to other places, safe).

Apt close to law school

The unit is nice but the building is old. Rusting stairs and chipped walkways. Best thing is it's 5 min away from the law school.

Great apt close to law school

The complex is old but functional. Nice clean room with quiet neighbors. The proximity to the school is unbeatable. Definitely recommend even though its more pricey.

Spacious, well-maintained condos in great location

Spacious privately owned condos off of 30th and Colorado. Close to campus and the Creek Path. Parking and pool included. Condo is occupied almost entirely by students; but, it's not too noisy.

Great location and amenities

The Wimbledon is conveniently located within walking distance to the law school, main campus, re center as well as grocery stores, bars, and shopping. The complex is very clean, has multiple pools, and seems to be more grad student - oriented versus undergrad. Many of the apartments are privately owned which tends to be preferable to management companies. I have a pet in my apartment but since the condos are privately owned the pet policy varies depending on who is managing your place.

Quiet Apartment Living close to Campus

This area is quiet and convenient. It's a 15 to 20 minute walk to Wolf Law Building and less than 10 minute walk to the Boulder Creek Path. The intersection at 30th St and Arapahoe is the place to go for groceries and restaurants, etc. The laundry rooms are outside and coin operated. I've never had a problem finding an open washer or dryer. The only problem has been maintenance issues with leaky pipes elsewhere in the building. They have shut off my water several times to fix this (always with advance warning, but it's not fun going without water even for a few hours).

The neighborhood is surprisingly quiet considering how close to campus it is. There are plenty of students who live in the area, mixed in with professionals and young couples. There are many dogs in the area as well.
Neighborhood is all apt. complexes filled with students. I have no safety concerns in the neighborhood--though some people get annoyed by undergraduate partying (I don't).
Close to the school and Dark Horse, just make sure you don't leave your bike outside.
Good location, safe, bars and shops nearby. Easy access to buses
this neighborhood is mostly residential. if you are looking to live close to lots of bars and restaurants it might not be for you. however it is quiet and very near to the law school so if those are your priorities it is perfect.
Close to campus, Creek Path, and grocery stores. Not much in terms of restaurants or bars but you're walking distance to the 29th Street Mall and next to public transit.
Easy access to everything whether it be local buses into "downtown boulder"
2 supermarkets nearby
Cosmo's and other restaurants are also very close.
Lots of other apartments and students, not too loud ever, never have to deal with annoying neighbors
