Pretty good apartments by light rail
Very nice, for the most part, though we’ve had some issues with unresponsive maintenance. Location is EXCELLENT, right by the Northgate lightrail.

Best part is proximity to light rail. Easy drive to groceries, but not walking distance.
The neighborhood is largely residential, and generally single family homes, with a few bars and restaurants within walking distance. The closest grocery store is a little over a mile away but there are several gas stations which are closer. It is not the most exciting or up-and-coming neighborhood in the metro area and options are somewhat limited.
There is adequate public transportation access and it is easy to get to campus, downtown, and other parts of the city. Northgate is also nearby which has many shopping options.

Safe, family friendly, convenient access to campus via bus or LINK (Northgate station or Roosevelt station). Not much of a bar/restaurant scene, but that's fine for me.
