Close to school, spacious apartment

The location is very convenient to the NE corner of UW campus. Also close to supermarkets, drug stores, bus lines, etc. Building is a nice old refurbished hotel, but lacks most amenities. Units are spacious with beautiful wood floors. Management can be helpful, but also drops the ball sometimes. No pets allowed. Views from the windows aren't great, and a whole side of the building abuts another building so windows don't let in much light. On a block of the Ave that is pretty unsafe, and building security is just ok. You're basically paying to live close to campus, not for the amenities in the building.
