Overall a great place to live if you are ok with not having people over and the small space

I live in the university housing in Weyburn. It's very convenient especially for international students as it comes furnished, you don't need to take care of bills and there are a lot of other Anderson international students. However - while I am close to school I am far away from any good nightlife (most of the first year nightlife is in Bentwood). The university housing's service it not good (you can't have your own key, you can't duplicate it, you can't lose it, you can't give one to a friend visiting. If something goes wrong like an endless alarm it will take hours to fix etc. ) and the furniture in some of the Apt, (mine included ) is very old fashioned. So it's a trade off between convenience and luxury. But I have to say apt. in LA are much bigger and easy to find then any other big city I've ever been to.

The Weyburn complex is very convenient to access campus. Each unit is furnished with the basics which makes move in quite easy. The main downside is that it's very insular to Westwood. Overall, it's a good value but is definitely lacking on the social aspect.

Great apartment but recommend finding someone from Anderson to live with if doing a shared apartment at UCLA Housing. I just entered into the pool for random selection because I was lazy. Most people I know from Anderson who live at Weyburn have great roommates but mine is kinda strange. Other than that everything else is great. Can't beat the location and its really easy to get by without a car.

Weyburn Terrace apartments are great! I can easily walk to school and back. I like having a furnished apartment with all utilities included. It is a great deal for anyone considering UCLA housing.
