This place rocks!

PROS:
Awesome Location: On Peachtree, in Buckhead! Walking distance to several bars/restaurants and Publix right across the street. Lindbergh MARTA about 1 mile away.
Amenities: 24 hour concierge, covered/gated/assigned parking (one assigned spot per unit, $25/month for a second), OK gym with a handful of cardio machines and some freeweights, nice pool + lounge with billiards table.
Apartment layout: Ours had a very large balcony/patio overlooking the pool, plus a nice roommate layout with walk-in closets and Washer/Dryer included.
Value: Very competitively priced when I lived there, although prices may have gone up since management switched to Waterton in early 2015.
Everyone who works here who isn't in the front office: Mike will come fix whatever is wrong in your unit within a few hours and he is just a super nice guy. Concierge/security get to know you and are always super friendly.

CONS:
Neighbors are mostly old folks, who love to dish out noise complaints -- e.g., for watching TV at a reasonable volume at 11 PM... the walls are thin and management is quick to blame younger residents for "partying" even when they aren't.
Front office management seems totally disorganized.

The area is very upscale. New Buckhead Atlanta deveolopmwnt with great restaurants and high end shops. Lots of renovation happening in the already great area. Plenty of bars, restaurants and music venues within walking distance.
Love being so close to so many great restaurants, gyms, grocery stores, and general green space. Only thing I don't love about Peachtree Hills is how expensive it is for the most part.
Good area, with plenty of grocery store options. Walkable during the day.
The neighborhood is really quiet but yet kid friendly. The area is safe and is not far from grocery stores. I cannot point out any cons because there isn't any.
West Midtown is a busy, up-and-coming part of Atlanta with elaborate restaurants, attractions and bars. Not to mention the convenient location! Amazing!
The neighborhood is close to lots of things. I like living close to Marta, which is convenient to my work. The con to that is that I live right next to the train, which causes some noise. I like living near Lenox Mall and Phipps Mall (the movie theater there is great!). Living near Brookhaven is also great. I love being so close to great restaurants.
It is very quiet because it is far away from Peachtree and all the other big streets. There is a little park right next to the square where you can go outside and which makes it even more quieter. It is also safe thanks to the security and the gates.
This is a very central location, just next to Peachtree Street. Shopping like Publix and Fresh Market are not too far away, there are a lot of restaurants nearby and it is still very quiet down at Bryson Square.
