A cost efficient option in Brentwood
11668 Kiowa Ave has a great location. it is walking distance from Ralphs, Whole Foods, gyms, pharmacies, restaurants, just to mention some. You can drive to school (12 min) or bike to school (20 min). The building is a bit old but very well maintained by the administration. Neighborhood is very secure and has a lot of young people.

Positives:
-2 miles from campus so only takes about 10 minutes to drive.
- Very close to a lot of the bars first years tend to go to
- Very safe neighborhood
- Building is in good shape for its age
- Management is very nice and responsive. (Does not always mean they do as they say though)
Negatives
-Expensive for what you get. But that is just the whole Brentwood Area.
-Had one issue with a leaky sink the management company failed to fix for over a month.
- Apartments that face the courtyard do not have much privacy.

Great option
I've enjoyed Barrington Kiowa for the two years I have lived here. The management team is very responsive, and I love that we can use the pool and gym at Barrington Plaza - clutch!!!

Great location - close to school, bars and restaurants. Parking and gym membership a plus.

Good value and location
Takes about 20 minutes to get to campus. Within walking distance to Whole Foods, Starbucks, a few good restaurants and bars. Access to Barrington Plaza's gym and pool. Only negatives are tandem parking, coin-operated laundry, and we've had a few ant problems. Other than that, it's a great apartment.
