Markdale on Kiowa

We have lived here for several years so our rent is lower than the current market value. The new owners have begun to upgrade the property over the last year.

Great place to live

Overall it's a great spot at an affordable price. Easily walkable to bars/restaurants on San Vincente and Wilshire. About a 10 minute drive to UCLA.
