Great apartment but expensive

The property is really nice, apartments are new and have had no issues. There are tons of amenities including workout facilities, pools, and a basketball court. In grad school you don't really have the time to enjoy the amenities to their full extent so I would say it's not really worth the additional costs.

Commute to USC is pretty easy by bus or train which is a huge plus.

Great for Students!

Decent price (considering LA is on the expensive side) with great amenities and convenient location relative to the USC campus

Review

Great apartment filled with young people. Have a good relationship with mgmt company which definitely helps. Very close to campus and one of the most affordable options for apartment quality and amenities. Only downside is that it is not in the best area, but expect the area to only get better each area.

Solid Apartment

Better experience than anticipated. I am in a 3 bedroom apartment shared with 2 other USC Marshall students. Rooms are spacious with plenty of closet space. The shared living area is great as well. All 3 of us use the apartment gym frequently. There are also other amenities like pools, lounge areas, and the basketball court which we have taken advantage of. The location is a bit separate from the main downtown area but still within walking distance to Staples and where are the restaurants/bars are. Ralph's and Whole Foods are about a 10 min walk away. One inconvenience is that it's a 20 min walk from the Pico Metro Station.

Great Apartment if You Have Mindful Neighbors

This apartment is new and the amenities are outstanding. My only two complaints for now is that the poor sound insulation and loud AC. The resident living above me walks loudly at night and it really disturbs my sleep. The AC is super loud in one of the bedroom so we never turn in on at night.
