Olympic by Windsor review
Clean safe building in downtown LA. It is close to Whole Foods. Has a good gym inside the building. Maintenance team is there 24/7. Safe neighborhood for DTLA.

High Quality and Convenient
My experience has been great overall. It is stress-free living here with so many wonderful amenities, a beautiful apartment with no maintenance issues, and an easy commute to USC. It is a bit pricier, but it has been a great living situation for my two years of graduate school.

Olympic By Windsor
They hike rent every year by 9%, so be careful. There are cheaper and nicer alternatives to this apartment in the immediate area. I would avoid all Windsor properties because they are short staffed. Windsor is buying neighboring properties but not hiring new staff, so management is becoming more and more ineffective.

Great spot
Love the building, amenities and distance from school. Other students live in the building so it’s nice to have classmates near. Free use of the gym, conference room, entertaining room, movie room, pool, and numerous bbq areas are a plus because most other buildings charge for use of some of these spaces.
Definitely a bit expensive, and if you have the bad luck of having a loud upstairs neighbor you can definitely hear it, but I haven’t really had problems.

Great location, right downtown, nice units.
The building is modern and spacious. All units come with washer and dryer, dishwasher.
There are community areas on the roof and ground levels. Includes a gym.
