My experience at Burbank Apartments

My experience staying at Burbank Apartment was great. I appreciate the location and its close proximity to the transit and NECO. I also liked how responsive the management was to any maintenance issue requests. The apartment was spacious and in a safe neighborhood. The one thing I did not like was that there was no laundry in the building, which created a hassle. But I know that they are renovating the basement to turn it into a laundry. The only concern is that they have been working on that project for 3 years already. So not sure when it will be up and running.

Great Location and Management

Burbank apartments are a great option for students on the medical campus. The location has a lot of great food spots and is relatively safe compared to the location around the medical campus. The BU Shuttle has a stop right outside of the apartments and it takes 15 min on the Shuttle to get to campus. The management is amazing and has an office for you to go in person. They also have very clean facilities like for laundry and trash/ recycling in the basement. I live in a 1 bed room apartment with a roommate and we turned the living room into another bedroom so our rent is a lot cheaper per person. All utilities excet internat/ cable are included which makes life a lot easier!

Highly Recommend Burbank Apartments

I've had a great experience living at Burbank. I know the maintenance people and they're all very friendly and responsive. The area has a residential feel even though it's right downtown, and almost all of my neighbors are Berklee students, so it feels very safe. I'm only a 30 minute walk from the school, a 5 minute walk from the Symphony t-station, and an 8 minute walk from the Hynes Convention Center t-station. Everything you need is located very close, including a grocery store on the corner and a CVS right across the street from that. There is laundry conveniently located in the basement of the building, as well. I highly recommend living in a Burbank property.

Great neighborhood! There are plenty of shops and bars and restuarants nearby to explore. It is also very close to transit areas. It's generally quiet, except on game days at Fenway. On game days, the streets and roads become very crowded and can get loud. It's not very loud from my apartment, I don't notice it, but it can change depending on where you live. There are stores and markets for shopping and groceries within close walking distance. The location downtown is great for me.
Fenway is a fun place to live as a young adult. There is a lot of great options for food, entertainment and shopping nearby. It is not necessarily a quiet place, but that aslo comes with the fun of always having something to do nearby. For the most part it is a safe place to live and convenient location.
The neighborhood has a target at 10 mins walk, dominos, USPS, and 2 other restaurants at 3 mins walk, questrom college at 7 mins walk, and two t-line stations at 6 mins walk. It safe around to go for jogging.
It has a residential feel even though it's right downtown. Everything you need is right in the neighborhood, including a grocery store, CVS, hardware store, liquor store, etc.
It is a good place. Easy to access also it has tons of cafes, groceries, and restaurant
Amazing food, close to target, museums (MFA and ISG), and the fens
West Fens is, in my opinion, the best place to live in Boston. Pros: short commute downtown, plenty of transit options, lots to do (bars, restaurants, etc)., near plenty of stores (grocery store, TARGET!, Marshall's, etc.), quiet streets, and right next to the Fens for when you want your nature fix. I don't have any cons, personally. It's my ideal location.
The Fenway area is a great place to live. You've got the green line (I know) right there that will take you pretty much anywhere. Lots of bars and restaurants and a grocery store as well. It's a good place for undergrads and I found it very enjoyable living there.
