Excellent and caring community!
The community here is amazing! They care and check in on you. There are community wide events at the bonfire about every month/near holidays so you can meet people. Everyone is very friendly as well! It is a gated community as well!

Safe and Spacious, Across from a Mall, 20 minutes from everything else
These apartments are about a 20 minute drive from anywhere you will want to or need to go including work, Short Pump, downtown, and Carytown. They are about 35 minutes from the airport. They are in an extremely safe area, and there is also a gate that is closed from 7pm until 7am to non-residents or their visitors. They are located across from a 'fashion park', which is an outdoor mall with some pretty good restaurants (Italian, Crepes, Chipotle, Sushi, etc. I can order Panera Bread online, leave to pick it up, and be back eating in my apartment 3 or 4 minutes after leaving). All utilities are included in the rent bill except electricity and gas. The apartments were built to be energy efficient in 2006, so the electricity and gas bill combined are usually less than $100 (with me keeping the A/C on 65 during the hottest days of summer). Management are really great and helpful, and Maintenance is quick and friendly. My apartment is 1090 sq. ft. with 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a laundry room, a kitchen, a living room, a dining area, another small alcove where I keep my guinea pig (which doesn't count as a pet apparently so no extra rent for him), and a patio/balcony. Each bedroom has a walk-in closet with lots of space. There is also a storage closet in the front entrance area and a pantry. All major appliances are included (washer, dryer, fridge, stove/range, microwave, etc.). The master bedroom bathtub is garden style, so extra large. Each bathroom has a linen closet. Very pet friendly but also great if you don't have a pet. Parking is not an issue. It is first come-first served but there are usually spaces close to the building. There is a nice pool/ grilling area, gym with yoga room, and business center with free printing and games room which is open to all residents. There are no elevators, but heavy packages will be delivered to your door.
