Sherwood Court
I absolutely love where my partner and I live. Our neighborhood is very quiet with lots of trees, and within walking distance to lots of small restaurants, as well as Clark Park. Our apartment is super affordable, and while it's not close to the medical school, I am two blocks from a trolley stop so I can easily get into Center City and to LKSOM. We can park for free on the street but choose to pay extra each month to park our car in the parking lot. My favorite thing about our apartment is that it includes a small office. It is an old building and we've had maintenance issues in the past, but everything gets addressed quickly by management.

Small and nothing fancy but can't beat the location!
Safe and quick response to maintenance requests. Great location. Very small apartment and the building is old. Radiators are loud and the electricity goes off sometimes. Management usually very quick with a fix though! Very safe building and neighborhood, chill neighbors.
