Great neighborhood ruined by mice.
The neighborhood is great. The management is okay. They are responsive but you have to push them to get things done. The main issue I have had is mice in the apartment. Which some may say is part of the deal with a walk up apartment in philly but was upsetting. SRS did start bringing a pest control company but only after I pointed out that pest control was listed in their responsibilities in the lease. The apartment was also advertised as 200 sq ft larger than it actually is.

Fitler Square Reviews
That being said I did notice that most students lived on the side of the school!
There are residents without housing in the neighborhood. They're good people and new residents should be respectful of them and their belongings.
