Not a great apt to rent
Although the neighborhood is nice, the apts are old and in need of constant maintenance and some residents use marijuana for which flyers are put out on all the doors multiple times to ask to cessation. Cops are show up to the building quite frequently to assess for drug use. There has been bus infestation and once I even saw a rat. Would avoid this apt and look at other reviews as well that point to some of these problems to reaffirm your decision.
