Nice place for the price

Henry on the Park is a very affordable and nice apartment. Maintenance is prompt. The location is not ideal if your into the bar scene. Adequate gym, nice pool, ample parking. Management is mostly helpful, though sometimes can be challenging; however, your requests are always completed!

First place of my own in Philly

A great place for anyone new to the city! Henry on The Park is closer to the suburbs but has very easy access to the city, as well as many other great neighborhoods (Chesnut Hill, Manayunk, Plymouth Meeting, King of Prussia). The management is very responsive and any service requests are completed within 24 hours, usually less. There is free parking, as well as a free lot for guests (always spaces available). The rent is reasonable for what you get-- big bedrooms, nice updated kitchen, balcony, pool, etc. Love living here!

Quiet and Spacious

This is a great complex for young couples and/or young professionals. The rent is on the higher end, higher than it's competitor Summit nearby. However, you get more space and a quieter atmosphere compared to Summit, which I like. There are a variety of apartment layouts, but almost all of them come with huge balconies (or two if you're a corner!). Management is professional and courteous, my only complaint would be that maintenance is not very attentive and sometimes misses my requests. It's an older building with renovated apartments...so you run into a few issues that come with older buildings (the occasional pest, no AC in hallways, occasional elevator breakdown). The apartments themselves are nice though. There is a small gym on site, a little community room, and an outdoor seating area with real gas grills. If you like a quiet community and can afford the rent, this is a great place.
