Great building, good location, but management is not great

I love our apartment and haven't had any issues since I moved in 8 months ago. We are on the top floor but have never had issues with noise. Management has always been helpful and accommodating. if there is an issue I put in a service request and it is resolved within 24 hours.

The building is clean with modern spaces and nice layouts. The management could be better, but the residents are a good mixture of young professionals, roommates, young families, and older folks. Great gym and pool. Parking is very expensive, but metro is across the street which helps. Maintenance is responsive and concierge is a plus. Rent is pretty high, but comparable to the area and pets are accepted.

Overall has been a great experience. Easy commute to work and school. Quiet complex. Nearby running trails, grocery within one mile. Walking distance to metro for those DC goers! Great maintenance as well. Always feel safe in the area even running by yourself. Quick and easy covered parking so no cleaning of snow off your car during wintery days!

Clean decent apartment building. The building has a no smoking policy that is clearly ignored - LOTS of smokers through the building. I've written management and brought it up constantly but nothing seems to be done about it. The Hallways smell disgusting and the smell has been getting into our kitchen.

Love how close it is to the Metro, 495 & 27 and also great to have two very nice running/biking trails so close. Very pet friendly with about 6 bags/cans around the property. You can sometimes hear neighbors outside or upstairs but never anything too loud.

The management team at Jefferson at Inigos Crossing has changed hands many times over the past few years, which is troublesome. Overall it's a top notch building with good amenities and spacious apartments. My apartment is large, has good features, and is roommate style which I really like. Walking distance to the Metro.
