Park Adams
Great location, close to metro and lots of restaurants. Very residential neighborhood. Not a luxury building but there are some amenities (free printing, gym) and management is typically very responsive to concerns.

Park Adams
Cheap one bed/one bath if you want to live alone in Arlington, and need parking.
Floors in the building can be misleading-- 3rd floor is actually street level.
Lots of Storage.
10 minute walk from metro.
Not the best washer/dryers.

Quiet and great management
Things that drew my attention when I was doing apartment search: it's 7 minutes' walk from the Courthouse metro, extremely quiet, safe neighborhood, surrounded by private houses, private yard (and we have our own patio under a huge tree), whole carpeting, luxurious social room (pool table, bar & kitchen, iMacs, TVs, printer, coffee maker, hot chocolate machine, etc.), brand-new gym, free parking, responsive and caring management! I got tired of my last apartment within 4 months; after that I was so eager to move out, and I found this place! Now I've been here for over 6 months and I'm falling love with it more and more!

Great value
While I wish the apartment was closer to the metro and the nightlife (about a 10 minute walk away) the apartments in this building are a great value. They're very spacious and well kept. Management can be attitude-y at times, but they certainly keep the building well maintained and do respond to any requests in a timely fashion.

Pretty good experience here.
Management does the best they can with what they have, which is all you can really ask for. Not a great location - well over half a mile to the closest metro stop and grocery store. If not for the 7/11 down the street, we'd be in serious trouble. They've done a handful of renovations to the basement area (new laundry machines/gym equipment), but the gym is cramped, dark, and you're fighting over machines. At my first job while in high school, my manager once dropped some serious knowledge on me that I think applies very well to Park Adams: "no matter how much you polish a turd, it will never become a diamond." That being said, it's been a great place right out of school.

Lyon Village Reviews
MOM's market is on-site. I shop there occasionally but prefer the cheaper option of Giant down the street (a short drive or walk). The metro is a short and safe 5-minute walk away. The building does sit right off Lee Highway, but I have never had any noise or other problems associated with this. I like how quickly I can pull onto the major road instead of navigating around crowded city traffic. I drive to school in under 5 minutes via Lee Highway.
