Great experience but a little disappointed since they changed many managers
My husband and I have lived there about 2 years. It is a great experience for us. The mangers are always so nice and helpful. We miss Liz, Pet and Willlam so much. However, recently the avant switched many managers here, and things began to get a little bit disorganized. We reserved the elevator a month before we moved out. At that time, one of manager told us, he would give the key to the guy who was working in the maintenance room so that we could move at the time 8 in the morning (the manager's office did not open until 9am). But actually, the manager forgot to leave the key. Unfortunately there was another person who was moving out at that time, and because his movers came early, they had already taken the loading desk which connected with elevators. So when my movers arrived, there was no place to park. When my husband went downstairs and wanted to negotiate with him, he refused to talk. I waited until 9am when a manager came, and checked and there was only one appointment on that morning which was us. The manager called the guys to move since he has no reservation which was really efficient. However, we still wasted several hours and the bill is on me. That morning was really frustrating especially since we had a 7 months baby we needed to take care of.
