Good
The Plymouth/Minnetonka area is a very safe area to live in and is very accessible to restaurants, grocery stores, and coffee shops to study at. There are also many areas to go on walks and get some fresh air. The apartment also has a very nice gym and pool to swim in during the summer. The drive into the cities takes less than 20 minutes and the traffic driving in is very manageable. The building is a little bit older, but a lot of the amenities have been updated to give it a more modern feel. The maintenance crew is very good about getting in to your apartment upon a service request.

Apartments book up quickly - have to check online often to get in
Apartments are roughly a 15 minute drive away from the law school and the route to get to the law school is very simple. The drive is a great way to decompress before and after class and if you are concerned about living in the city, this is a great and safe option. There is a dog park, pool, and gym on the property and there is a trail within walking distance which is included in the rent. Accessibility to parks, coffee shops, restaurants, grocery stores, and local bars are all within a ten minute drive.
If you have issues with your apartment, the management team is always accessible via phone call or you can contact them on their app. On the app you can make reservations for the pool and gym, can ask questions to other residents, and receive updates from the management team.
The only issue my roommate and I had was buying lamps to light our apartment as it is an older building. Aside from that, my roommate and I love the open concept and how spacious our apartment is. This apartment houses a lot of older couples (late 20s to 50s) so it is a little quieter of an apartment.
