222 Review
Very nice. Good management company. Apartment is in a great location and above the Whole Foods. Very easy to get to the light rail.

Great apartments, especially for grad students and young professionals
Really good experience at 222 Hennepin. The commute to the West Bank of the University of Minnesota is really convenient, with light rail, bike share, scooter share, and even walking as options. Apartments are spacious and well maintained, and there are perks like cinnamon buns in the lobby every Sunday. The staff at the building is fantastic, very friendly and helpful (they offered to walk my dog when I can't come home in between my classes). The location is awesome and very central to most destinations in Minneapolis. The only drawback is that the rent is a bit on the pricey side, given all of the amenities and location.

Great Place to Live
I really enjoy living a little bit further from the law school; it feels like I’m “going home” at the end of the day. 222 has great building managers, and there are always lots of events for residents (social community). The apartment itself is great amenity wise and in cleanliness. Employees here know your name. I also love the location, being by the river is great as is being located above Whole Foods. You can get leases here for pretty much any number of months, but the prices vary a lot depending on length of lease. It’s expensive, but if you’re able, 222 is a wonderful place to live!
