Great place for families
I love the community here. It is very clean, quiet, and there is great outdoor space, including parks, playgrounds, trails etc.

Love it Here
We love living in King Farm. The area offers good transportation opportunities (close to metro, I270, 355), a number of dining options (sushi, grill, pancakes etc.) It is excellent for kids! There are 2 great parks with amazing playgrounds, tennis and basketball fields.

Location!
I love the location! It's really close to Shady Grove metro and I270. Apartments are in a good condition, the walls are usually repainted after every tenant which gives a feeling that the place is brand new.The insulation and soundproof are not sufficient though. You can hear the water running in your neighbors' apartments, as well as people talking. It's often cold in winters when it's 16-30F outside. But overall it's a nice place to live for singles, families with kids and pet owners.

Nice community
I've been a resident of King Farm for almost 3 years and enjoyed the area and the neighborhood a lot. This community is very green, has several pools both indoors and outdoors. It's great for families with kids and pets. I would recommend King Farm!

Great location
The location is great. Close to metro and public transportation. It's a nice place to live. There are two parks with excellent playgrounds for kids. It's very green and well maintained. But the apartment is really cold in winters. Bad windows and insufficient insulation.
