Overpriced but better than alot
I don't have a dishwasher and there is a wait list to get a parking spot, which you then pay for. However without one, you can drive in circles for an hour to find one anywhere nearby. They also need to be more diligent about bugs and spiders. I don't feel super safe, but I don't feel excessively afraid either. Just cautious after dark.
They do provide a gym, pool, and onsite laundry. They also have an off leash dog park on site and beautiful grass and trees. Located next to Clackamas Town Center, shopping and restaurants and movies are across the street. And it's on a bus line. The drive to school is about half an hour, so long as it isn't rush hour. Also there is a clubhouse on site where you can access free wifi. The staff is overall friendly enough; as is maintenance.
