Building very well maintained and has good amenities. Has a great pool and newly renovated gym. The building is dog friendly with a nearby dog park. Great restaurants all around in West Loop / Fulton Market area. Convenient Jewel across the street for grocery shopping.

I've lived in Chicago 10 years and this is my favorite building and apartment I have lived in thus far. The location is great, walking distance to various bars and restaurants. The building itself is very clean, friendly door staff, very dog friendly (even large dogs) and tries to keep a sense of community.

Overall it's a great place to live, you can't beat the location. It's just a short distance from both River North and Randolph Street restaurants. The units are spacious and have great views of the city. The amenities are ok but there's continuously been renovations to the building for the past 6 months.

Echelon has everything you need, right outside your door. There is a Starbucks and jewel osco across the street and it is walk-able to the amazing Randolph street restaurants. I love the amenities currently, but they are all under construction and therefore unusable. Looking forward to seeing how they look when completed!

Location and building is great. Adjacent to a dog park and is right across the street from Jewel Osco. Lots of walkable restaurants and easy access to the Brown, Blue, Pink, and Green lines. The only downside is the rent. Even with all the pluses, it's hard to justify $2,200 a month.

Can't beat the location, has a great gym and pool area as well. Management and staff are on point and deliver good service. The only downfalls for us have been the noise levels of neighbors, which is to be expected with the majority of residents being young, single professionals.

Great location, especially if you work downtown. Close to nightlife, bars, parks, and grocery stores. The building is nice, not too big and not too much of the "party crowd" compared to similar buildings close by. The things I don't like are the noisy neighbors.

I love living in this west loop building! Across the street from groceries and I can easily bike anywhere I need to go. So close to the Randolph street restaurant scene, it's hard not to spend my rent money on food and drinks!

The building is modern and spacious and the views are unbeatable!
