Station 9 - 2 bed 2 bath apartment
I have very much enjoyed my time at Station 9. I am a student at Fuqua and my roommate is in Fuqua as well. Many of our friends live in this building, so it is convenient for being near classmates. It is also a convenient area as we are right across the street from a grocery store and very close to many restaurants. The parking garage is free for residents and the gym is as well.

Good for students
So far, I've enjoyed my experience at Station Nine. That said, it is not without its faults. Many of the units, including my own, have either no cell service or horrible cell service depending on who your provider is (I have Verizon). Additionally, the wifi can be unreliable, and people often end up needing to buy a router or some other wifi unit to keep the wifi stable. Overall though, I recommend it for any students going to school in the area.

Love station nine!
Biggest reason I love living in Station Nine is the sense of community. I love being able to live near my classmates and other graduate students. I didn't have a car my first year here and it was very easy to find rides to campus, walk to Fuqua if I had time, or take the bus. I also loved how easy it is to get to Ninth Street restaurants/bars and the grocery store. Only reason I wouldn't give S9 a 10/10 rating is that there are some aspects of the maintenance that I have yet to have fixed (such as leaking window sills when it rains), but that's a trade off I'd be happy to have to live in a great location in a nice apartment for a little bit less than the rent of other Ninths Street buildings.

Great spot to live
Good property/unit and responsive, friendly staff. Relatively quiet in my area.

Good for throwing parties
Pros:
They are very chill if you throw parties/events
Gym, pool and club house are great
People that work here are very nice
Maintenance responds very fast
Cons:
Apartments are overpriced imo.
You can hear everything your neighbors do.
Apartments “look” good with the renovation, but they are still “cheap apartments”
Overall would recommend if you want to have pregames, people over often. The other apartments in the area are not open to that. If you don’t care about that, the other apartments are way nicer and newer and around the same price.
Ps. Don’t fall for the 2 year lease, get a one year and then you can get another month or two free when you renew through their renewal specials
Also! Avoid first floors. They are concrete throughout, have cracks and they can flood during heavy rain. (Which is why they keep them as concrete, easy to dry)

My unit is great, the complex not so much
I really enjoy my unit given it's located far away from the pool, close to a door to exit/enter the complex and has lots of natural light. I don't think I would be as pleased if this wasn't the case.

Cheaper "Luxury" Living
Leasing staff is really nice and maintenance is responsive (will come within 1-2 days depending on your issue).
Poor WiFi signal is sometimes a pain. The occasional roach spotting, but maintenance does come and spray if requested. Would make sure to do proper vetting in terms of where your apartment location is within the complex (i.e. not near the dumpster with very loud/early trash pick-up, not near the pool with loud socializing, not near the road with loud traffic).
Resident population skews a bit younger, but there are some families. Parties occur, but usually only held on the weekend. It's a typical multi-dwelling unit so walls are somewhat thin.
