Apartment Review
I really enjoy my apartment building. It is quiet and there are not a lot of young students. It has a yard in the back to walk/read in and it is centrally located to the Main Line and close to Villanova.
Great affordable complex for renters
I have lived at Summit Park for over five years. It is a well-run apartment complex with plenty of amenities. All utilities except for WiFi are included in rent. Apartments are a bit older but many have updated kitchens and most have washer/dryers in unit. There is an on-site gym, clubhouse with bar/restaurant, fitness classes, dog park, and tennis/basketball courts. Location is about a 25-30 minute drive to the law school. Located in Roxborough with easy access to many major stores including Target, grocery stores, etc. Maintenance is very responsive to requests. Close to Ivy Ridge SEPTA station on Manayunk-Norristown line.
Great affordable complex for renters
I have lived at Summit Park since 2018. Great amenities - outdoor olympic pool, indoor pool, dog park, bar/restaurant, fitness classes. Fast to respond to maintenance requests. Rent includes all utilities except internet.
Fun center-city location!
Overall a great place to live. Management is so helpful and the apartment is beautiful with tons of charm.
Great value
15 min walk from the law school, in a safe area, with no roommates, and most importantly, affordable! Great value if you are okay with living in an older place with few amenities. I plan on staying here all 3 years.
Branden
Branden is an older building - so it comes with some expected maintenace issues, but UCH is incredibly responsive. Location in West Philly is very convenient. It is a quick walk to the law school, right by ACME for a quick grocery run, and right next to the 21 bus line which takes you directly into Center City. The studio itself is spacious and the building is relatively clean. Building has two locks, and packages are delivered inside the first locked door. Laundry is cheap.
Great place for pet owners and suburban living
We have thoroughly enjoyed our time living at summit park. It is about a 25 minute commute into the city, but I enjoy the distance from downtown. It’s great for our dogs because there’s lots of greenery and parks nearby, as well as a dog park on-site. We are able to have a larger apartment for a very reasonable price.
Great place, reasonable price
Good complex, fair on rent and covers most utilities. 1br a lot bigger than it looks online and has a ton of closet space. Main complaint is it’s about a 25-30 minute drive into school when there is traffic and not very walkable
Amazing for families
Very nice area. The complex has a great clubhouse, indoor and outdoor pool, gym, dog park, tennis courts, lots of grassy space. It's close to Wissahickon trail system. Transit to center city or campus takes about 45 minutes. Peaceful area that feels like a break from the city.
The Westbury
Fantastic staff at the building, great location, comfortable living spaces
Its okay for what it is
I share a 1 bedroom with a roommate. Apartment is spacious and not too too noisy, neighbors are chill.
Apartment that's almost a house
Love living here! Apartment is huge, neighbors are nice and generally quiet, feels like living in a house but with the benefits of an apartment.
Cute little apartment
This apartment is amazing because it's one block away from the school that's why I picked it. The rent is high but it's all about location
Perfect for student living
Very lovely staff. Super old building so a lot of maintenance issues
I don't plan on moving
The property is fine, the maintenance is usually timely, my kids love the pool that is at a nearby property, and the clubhouse by the pool has great food, drinks, and fun events. Our apartment is small, but I like the area, and I feel safe.
