Great place to live, very safe!

Great property with security and lots of security measures which makes living alone feel safer! Beautiful inside and out and great amenities especially the gym/ balcony area.

Best Complex in Downtown Raleigh

Peace is the best apartment I've ever lived in because it is on top of a Publix, walking distance to everything downtown, clean, and has great management. I do not have a single complaint about living here. My advice to future renters is to sign in the spring, because prices rise astronomically in the summer and fall.

Live above Publix & Walk Downtown

The apartment is only a year old and very nicely kept. The staff is very nice and helpful and quick on any issues or questions. Could be loud living on the outside of the building but facing the interior courtyard on a higher floor is quiet and gets a lot of natural light. Very nice floorplans, very nice gym and you can't beat taking the elevator down to Publix. Easily walkable to Glenwood South and the rest of downtown.

Great, clean facilities. Safe. Some issues here and there. Ok management team, but wonderful maintenance staff. Good place, overall.
