Pretty good!
Providence Pointe is a pretty good place to live. I think management is reasonable, although maintenance gets backed up sometimes. My apartment had no issues. The value is good - it is about 8-10 minutes from campus. The gym is pretty bad but you can go to the one on campus.

Great value
I think Providence Pointe is the best value. The units are a little dated, but they are spacious and the grounds are well kept. Maintenance is quick to respond, and the complex is generally very quiet. Lots of families and working professionals. It's a little out of town but you pass by all of the shops and stores you'd need on the way to school. Overall it's a really great place for the price and definitely a good apartment for a student.

Great budget option!
I've never had a bad experience here. Management is highly responsive, the grounds are kept up well, and the apartments are really spacious especially given the price. The fixtures and style are pretty dated looking, but it's a nice and quiet neighborhood that works well for law school. It's located close to campus, and you pass everything you could ever need on the way, but it is further from downtown just to put it in perspective!

Pretty Solid for the Price
One of the cheaper apartments but the floorplan and community is nice. My apartment does often smell like weed from my downstairs neighbors and the floors and walls are thin. Get a 3rd floor apartment if you're going to live here.

Great quiet place to live
Overall this apartment is great! It’s super quiet and the facilities are very well kept up. Some of the kitchen and bathroom fixtures are a little dated looking, but I haven’t had any issues with the apartment itself. It’s close to campus with a lot of stores and restaurants in between making it really convenient.

Great place to live!
This apartment has been great. The maintenance people respond quickly and are so helpful. The front office is also very efficient and kind. The complex is very dog friendly and has a good dog park. It is the least expensive for the quality that I could find.
