Quiet and Spacious
My experience has generally been quite positive. Apartments tend to have more space than other apartments of similar age and quality, though you are a bit further from high trafficked areas of the city, so there are few places within walking distance. Instead, you have nearby access to trails/parks, parking in front of your apartment, and a generally quiet area. Very pet friendly and I would also recommend for families.

Awesome Quiet Neighborhood
Great bang for your buck. Quiet and residential. Bedrooms are a great size, but the bathrooms are not very large. However there is ample closet space, washer and dryer on the 2nd level, as well as large common areas. Only downside is maintenance is not that responsive, you have to follow up with management often to get things fixed. Not so bad.
