Not my favorite. Will definitely try to move elsewhere.

I believe the apartment is way overpriced for the actual conditions. The kitchen is not renovated at all. Doors have broken down very easily and maintenance is not quick. There are no in-unit washers or dryers. They only have one laundry facility with 3 washers and 3 dryers for the whole community. People are not nice around the community. I felt like I had to move there because of a lack of affordable options at the time. They advertise 2 pools but one has been closed since we moved in August. They just placed a tennis net on the tennis court (a day before a tropical storm). There are barely any dog poop trashcans so there is dog poop everywhere, especially in the dog park.

Mission University Pines

This apartment complex isn't super fancy, but definitely meets my needs. It is more affordable than some of the other complexes nearby, probably because the apartments aren't quite as updated but that didn't matter too much to me. My apartment is quite spacious too. I don't really find anything amazing about it but it is definitely a solid, affordable place to live. There are two small pools open during the summer, and access to a small gym 24/7. If you have a pet, there are also dog parks. Maintenance usually comes within 48 hours of submitting a ticket, and the people in the leasing office are nice and helpful. It is about a 10 min drive from the hospital. There is free first-come-first serve parking. I have never felt unsafe there.
