Its 50/50

All the staff that work at Lindsey Manor are very nice but there are a few things inside the apartments that could use more professional help. For example, the people who paint inside the apartment the paint is very cheap. There are many water leaks and mold. It's not smoke-free inside the apartments. Watch for roaches and bed bugs.
