MAA Research Park

It has been a good experience, though it is expensive like everywhere in Durham.

Great place for a single graduate student.

This apartment complex is kept very nicely and management is very responsive towards resident needs. This is about 15 minutes away by car from Duke University and is approximately the same distance from nearby grocery stores. Living in RTP gives residents a security of its own. This place is very suitable for single graduate students and the community is very clean and safe. The only drawback is the distance needed to drive to a nearby grocery store. Otherwise, a great place to call home for students!
