Great management company. Apartment is nice enough and keeps good distance between you and everyone else that goes to Wake.

Solid

Great place to live, but no other students. Mostly made up of older people and families, but that makes it quiet. Spacious apartment with good rent. Not close to where other people live which is a little inconvenient, but really not that bad.

Nice apartment

It's very quiet, which helps for studying!
It's about 15 minutes away, so it's outside of the law school, but not too far away.
Management has been very nice and supportive. The community seems to reflect this as well.
The only thing I can think of would be how quiet it is, but it's really just a personal preference.

A Quiet, Secluded, and Beautiful Community!

I loved living at Briarleigh Park. The apartments are spacious, the people are very nice, and almost everyone has pets! The best part is its central location; 10 minutes from campus, 10 minutes from downtown. You'll never have to drive more than 20 minutes to get where you need to go!
