Unbeatable price for location!

Situated halfway in between Fells Point and Canton, you are within a 10-15 minute walk of Canton, Fells, Little Italy, and Harbor East. While they aren't the newest apartments, the price you pay considering the location is unbelievable. W/D in building.

Great Apartments!

Love my apt - great location, awesome management right in the buidling. They aren't super modernly updated but everything is clean and works well. I would recommend anyone live in these apartments. I love being right on the canton/fells line - easy to walk everywhere.

The Distillery is a hidden gem!

You cannot beat the price! The apartments and appliances are old, but everything else is great. high ceilings, big windows, very close to the water, walking distance to Fells and Canton. The couple that runs the building is AMAZING; nice, responsive, and just have a general interest in keeping the residents happy and the old building well-maintained.

About Canton

East of Fell’s Point on Baltimore’s outer harbor is Canton. A quaint village square rimmed with restaurants, pubs and shops along O’Donnell Street is the heart of this neighborhood. If you're looking for a low-key area that is still close to the traditionally popular places, Canton is the perfect sp...

Canton Reviews

Like all of Baltimore, Canton residents love to drink. You'll find a number of bars in the area and some pretty great eats, too. Canton Square is a great place to start if you're new to the neighborhood. Can't really go too terribly wrong with any of the options there.

Canton also has a reasonable amount of green space for city living. It's located between Patterson Park to the north and the Korean War Memorial Park to the south.

Generally speaking, Canton is about as safe as Baltimore gets but you should still be wary. Crimes do happen and if you're a member of the Canton Neighbors facebook group you hear all about it.

Canton is a great location - convenient to both Fells and Inner Harbor as well as to I-95 that lets you get out of the city quickly. Really enjoy living here!
We love the neighborhood. It is so convenient that Harris Teeter and Target are right across the street. Along with many dining options. The Swuare is also only a few blocks away.
Convenient to bars, stores, restaurants.
There are lots of things to do in Canton, which makes it a popular spot for young professionals and recent college graduates. As long as you're OK in this crowd, then Canton can be a really fun place to live and play. Otherwise, I'd suggest a calmer neighborhood, like Mt. Vernon or Locust Point.
The area is great. Very safe for Baltimore, lots of young professionals, walk able to many stores and food/drink spots.
Canton is a safer, quiet neighborhood with a mixture of young professionals and families. There are relatively few families with older children as people tend to move out of the city when children approach school age. There are tons of restaurants, and grocery shopping is pretty walkable.
