The apartments are very old and not well maintained although Beth near to the university

While my apartment is really old, It is spacious and a walkable distance to my University. It is situated in a secure area and because it is within the University circle, the University provides night (late hour) means of transport (safe ride).
In addition, the apartment is cheap compared to the modern neighborhoods.

I close proximity with the university

Rent fees are fairly constant

No noise in the area

Secure while walking at all times due to good security by CWRU security mainly

Management is good

Neighbors are good too

The apartment is really old. I had rodent problems for about a 1.5 years. The housing management is really nice. I have to walk all the way down the street for parking because the apartment parking is limited. It's really close to Case. Before the COVID-19 stay home order, I walked to school everyday. It's cheap which is nice.

People are really friendly and maintenance is superb and responds quickly

A pretty run-of-the-mill apartment. You get what you pay for. no bells and whistles associated with the apartment. there is no gym and no shuttle service during the winter. management is responsive to repairs. my biggest complaint is norma's personality. i believe she is the manager of the management company. she seems to have little affect and thus comes off as cold and uncaring towards the tenants when communicating with her. the owner of the management company, however, is a very friendly older man. the other downside to this apartment complex is that covered parking behind the building is very limited which is true for the majority of the apartment complexes on the street. you will probably have to park in a public city lot nearby.

Overlook manor has been a good place to live throughout medical school - and property investment co is quite responsive to any issues we have had. My complaints lie in the age of the building, as the complex is old and the units are not updated - so no dishwasher, old appliances, etc. Otherwise though everything is functional and we have one covered parking spot in back for a small additional price. The bedrooms are small-medium, but the common space is ample and we had no problem entertaining groups of guests up to 15 people. There is a storage locker available and much storage space in the apartment.
