Good value for living alone in a popular area
Two floors above ground, two floors below; ~$500 cheaper rent than Valentine place 1-bed apartments, but lacking the amenities (i.e., nicer furnishings, in-unit washer and dryer). First floor has low-ish ceilings (maybe 8 feet) for taller people, but nice view of Six mile creek and deer walking by. Note: Building has 1 washer and 1 dryer for all 16 apartments, but there's an app to see when it's being used and to pay for the machines - never had an issue doing laundry when I wanted to. Apartment is on the smaller side at ~325 sq. ft, so it's best for one person. Large closet and bathroom. No pets allowed in CTT. There is a shuttle that runs every 10-20 minutes to take students to campus on weekdays, and runs every 20-30 minutes on Sunday mornings to Wegman's.
