Casa Roma Review
Good, but not worth the price

Loud, but clean/spacious
Pros:
Really, really spacious. I visited almost all of the other buildings (as I'm looking to move for next year) and this was definitely the biggest 2 bedroom I saw.
Gorgeous natural light. I have an apartment that faces the fountain, and wow, the view is beautiful.
HUGE bathroom! It's so big, I don't know what to do with the space!
Cons:
Casa Roma is one of the louder properties with lots of "party people"... as I found out ONCE I moved in. My neighbors are super loud, so sometimes I wake up at 2 or 3 am due to loud music/loud people in the hallway. The walls are SUPER thin, so Casa Roma is definitely not built for sensitive sleepers.
It's BEYOND annoying that I have to pick up my packages at management. No other building has to do this.

Casa Roma Life
Casa Roma is a nice apartment for a budget. You don't get a lot of the amenities that CTT residents may get, but the discount in rent makes up for it. You also get a much larger room for the price you pay. The only gripe I have is that the laundry drying is really slow, but otherwise it is a good place to live.

Good Apartment But Overpriced
The main incentive for paying the CTT rent price is the shuttle to school (which is fantastic) and the gym. I'm willing to pay higher rent for these perks. But the apartment itself doesn't seem any better than my friends apartments in other complexes. Average size. The management can be rude at times, too, in my personal experience. Walls are especially thin-and management doesn't care if you're losing sleep because of it.

Great for Grad Students
The main feature of the apartments are the huge desks. They're perfect for graduate students, with tons of storage and shelving. The building is generally quiet, albeit I personally have bad upstairs neighbors that management refuses to acknowledge (noise cancelling headphones help). Beyond that, the south side of the building has a great view of the fountain which is very pleasant to sleep to. Laundry unit not in apartment is a downside, and there are few laundry facilities within the building that can sometimes be crowded, but not bad.

Great apartment
Apartment is nice and price is reasonable. The provided shuttle is very convenient for getting to school. A lot of grad students live here.
