New, Quiet, Neighbors are decent

This newer apartment building (which has a twin across the street) is quiet, allows pets (I don't have a pet though) and has a few decent amenities. I primarily chose to live here with my partner because it was cheap and includes water, internet, TV, sewer, trash, and comes with a parking space. It's also a 1 mile journey to/from work right across the Mayo bridge to MCV which takes me about 10 minutes with light traffic.

As for the apartment complex itself, there's a free-to-use grilling area which the leasing company provides propane for, as well as a small gym area with a ADA compliant bathroom (it has grab bars). Heat/AC is all-electric so depending on how hot/cool you like it your electric may run more than some others. We have A LOT of electronics (several computers, TVs, large speakers, small appliances, hair dryer/straightener, etc) and only pay about $100 per month for electric.

Water pressure is decent, kitchens are small, appliances are also on the cheap side but do the job if you like to cook (don't expect anything fancy), and overall it's a good place to live if you want to not spend a lot. There are income limits though which complicates things if you're in the $100k+ club (combined household income), which I'm sure many young professional couples are very easily part of.

If you want fancy, upscale, lofty type features look elsewhere. If you want cheap and decent with ample parking, a dumpster that get's emptied, and mostly quiet neighbors, this is a decent place to live.
