Allure At Brookwood

I enjoy living at this location. Management is great! Any time I need something fixed they are quick to respond. Easy access to the city and other stores in the area. One is able to enjoy Buckhead without having to deal with all of the traffic that comes with being IN Buckhead. Definitely recommend!

The Allure at Brookwood is located just off of Peachtree road in South Buckhead and is an easy commute to my office in midtown. There are plenty of restaurants near by as well as easy access to grocery stores and access to the highway. The building is nice and a great value for the location.

The apartment is nice and a great value for the size. Management fumbled paperwork a few times upon move in, but have not had any issues other than that. There is a nice dog park and the community facilities (pool, gym etc.) are very nice and very well kept.

Overall Allure is a good complex. While the security is great (you have to pass 3 checkpoints to get to me) it is a pain parking wise.

My biggest complaint is the power bill. For a 2 bedroom & loft, it's $300+ a month. And our apartment is NOT that big.

I have really enjoyed living at this complex. I have no complaints so far and hope to transfer to a 1 bedroom in the next few months. Whenever I have had to call on maintenance, they have been there within the hour to fix the issue. Parking is never an issue. The parking deck can be really confusing for visitors but once you park there a few times, it's very simple. They also do not have any breed restrictions which is huge!

I have lived here for a year now. Not happy with the management fighting me tooth and nail to get my friends who referred me their bonus. The free trainer at the gym is great. I hate that valet trash is your only option and that it only comes mon-thurs. I have a smelly apartment all weekend. The parking situation isn't the best. I can almost never get a spot on my level if I'm home past 8. They're quick to boot. You cannot walk to very much unless you frequent the hospital. Fire alarms go off ALL the time. The package situation sucks now that we have lockers, because if they are full, your package goes straight to the post office, where you have to go between the hours of 9 and 5 to pick it up.
