Amazing location! Great apartments.

I love living in the Old Fourth Ward! I feel like it gives me a good reprieve from school. It is only a 15 minute drive from campus and I use that time to catch up with friends/call my parents/listen to a podcast. It is SO nice being on the beltline for easy food access, grocery stores within 5 minutes (kroger, whole foods, trader joes). The actual apartment is very nice and spacious. The facilities are great too (gym, pool, grills). Living in this area really helps me balance school with fun activities. Because I am so close to restaurants and parks I have explored Atlanta more than some of my classmates. Also- many people move to this area in their 3rd and 4th year of medical school but wish they lived here sooner. I do not want to move for the next four years and I am excited to stay put and enjoy!

It's such a great area, but the rent reflects that. I also think our property managers are great - the building is clean and well-maintained. If we have any issues or questions, they are quick to resolve.

I would be depressed next to campus, I have no car, but I live in Old Fourth Ward a vibrant neighborhood. Only 30 minutes away on a bicycle to campus (through a great trail). People gather at the park, I am next to the belt line and love this neighborhood.

Can't beat the location - Beltline Living!

The best thing about this location is that it is essentially equidistant from all the hospitals, and I rarely have to get on the highway to get around in Atlanta. It’s right across Ponce City Market. Neighbors are quiet. There is 24 hour servicing department too that will take care of any issues you have within 24 hours of putting a request in.

Nice affordable studio in downtown Atlanta. Location is convenient for work and there are lots of bars and restaurants nearby.

The building is well maintained and the safety of the residents is kept in the forefront of the management staff. I would recommend the apartment to anyone who is considering this location. The staff is very friendly and are able to assist you in a timely manner with any concerns you might have.

I love being right next to the Beltline and across the street from Ponce City Market. Atlanta may be known for bad traffic, but I never even have to drive on the weekends.

I've lived in AMLI for a year now and I love it. We're RIGHT on the park, a 2 min walk from Ponce City Market and the Beltline and near everything. The apartments are great - brand new, beautifully designed, well thought-out. The management is awesome and easy to work with. I absolutely love living here.

I only have a few issues with the apartment:
1) I can hear our neighbors above us pretty regularly - not music or anything, but definitely walking around.
2) The neighborhood is getting better, but it still needs a little love. We've had a little bit of crime in the area, but management has been good about hiring security guards and alerting us of any issues.
3) Since we live right on the park, when there are festivals it can get really crazy outside. That said, you know that going into it, so you just have to embrace it.
