HORRIBLE AND TERRIBLE - PROPERTY MANAGEMENT (BIG LIARS)

I stayed at Park Ridge Paoli Street apartments. This is HORRIBLE place. Prima Properties rental agent LIED on LEASE terms which we found out after getting in. The Rental agent Lady even lied in emails and declined to align Lease document to the discussed terms. She over charged me $1017 by taking advantage. Apartment units are extremely in bad conditions, very unhealth and unsafe. People smoke weed all the time in the apartment complex and PRIMA Management failed to take any actions despite notifying them. When I opened maintenance requests, they keep on closing those requests WITHOUT even fixing them. BEWARE OF their RENTAL FEMALE AGENTS. They LIE all the time. Overall, I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND any one staying in this apartment complex.
