Brandywine Apartments reviews and highlights
- management is quick and responsive
- the apartments in Brandywine are good sized and very bright
- the gym has everything you would need for a workout
- staff are all very friendly at the front desk
It's a lot of room for the price.
My roommate and I share a pretty large apartment, with most of the utilities covered. We've had some problems in the year that I've been here, but none of them are the explicit fault of management company.
The management company does an okay job at responding to our requests when things go wrong, so altogether, I'm happy.

Good amenities, slight safety issues
Sometimes at night, I feel slightly unsafe. There is a concierge stationed at the front desk 24/7, but there is also a fair amount of police activity in this area. The amenities are good and the apartment is generally quiet.

Great Deal and Location
After living alone outside of DC, moving into the city and having good transportation options has been a huge thing for me. The Brandywine is close to the metro and bus as well as campus, and a lot of students live here. It has decent amenities and the rent is great for what we get. Sometimes the management is difficult to get ahold of but once you do contact them, they take care of everything. I’ve really enjoyed living here!

Good for what you pay for, wouldn't make it a home forever
Spacious apartment. Management is responsive to maintenance requests. I feel safe, but it seems like police are often called for domestic disturbances on lower floors.

Big Apartments with Lots of Light
The Brandywine Apartments offer large units with lots of windows. Natural light is very important to me, and is a prime feature of the building. Management is very responsive to tenant's needs, while also maintaining a fun environment. The gym has everything you would need for a workout, and saving money on membership costs is great.

Nice and Bright Apartments
The apartments in the Bradywine are good sized and very bright. Each room has multiple large windows. The recently renovated exercise facilities are great, with new equipment suiting all needs. The laundry facilities can get pretty crowded, which is my only gripe. Management is quick and responsive, and very attentive to tenant needs. Great building.

Great Place Overall
I love the fitness "center" we have. It has two treadmills and I usually can access a piece of cardio equipment when I want it. They also just installed a video fitness workout station with a full library of videos and its great.
The staff are all very friendly at the front desk and so is management. The package room leaves a little to be desired - they've lost two packages in the year I've lived here. But generally its nice neighbors, a nice roof top deck, and easy access to bus and metro.

Cons: not a lot of activities within walking distance
