Mice. Roaches. Water leaks. Mold. A management company that blocks your number if you call multiple times. Maintenance that will look at an actively leaking toilet and tell you 'don't jiggle the handle.' Grounds crew that damages your car and takes your belongings. Rent increases upwards of $150 a year with no improvements to facilities.

All of these things and more await you if you are unfortunate enough to live here.

The head manager is one of the most unpleasant women I have had the misfortune of interacting with. When I was a prospective tenant, she was sweet and kind (based on discussions with other tenants, this is likely due to the fact that I am white). Upon signing the lease, she began ignoring me. Once I found a different apartment and declined to renew my lease for another year, suddenly I am the scum of the earth. Maintenance requests are being denied, or else I am told I have to pay for them. Nothing counts as wear and tear. It is very clear to me that no matter how well my apartment is cleaned, they will find reasons to withhold my security deposit.

I have had to call the police multiple times on neighbors. The police are unable to find the apartments due to the confusing layout and lack of signage. Horribly unsafe.

Mail gets stolen or delivered to the wrong building. Management is aware. Management is apathetic.
