4Bed/1bath
The apartment overall is decent for the cost, especially for rental in Ithaca. Roommates are randomly assigned if not specified. There is a laundry facility on site. Parking is an additional $40 per month, but the lot is spacious. It is located close to campus but requires a walk up hill to get to reliable bus routes; other options are available once or twice a day, and sometimes the complex will run a shuttle. Maintenance is sufficient. Other apartment sizes available from studio-3 bedroom with corresponding price increases. Gas/electric not included.

DO NOT LIVE AT AUDEN ITHACA!!!
I would rather drop out of Cornell than live there again. Could not move in because I could not get in contact with anyone at the office for a week. I finally had to contact the city and after many phone calls, contact the owner of the building. The people working at the front desk then threatened me saying I had been living there illegally because I had asked one of my roommates to let me in (I had paid my rent and everything, I didn't officially "move in" because I couldn't get in touch with anyone).
The room itself was awful, there was no means of egress (the "window/skylight" only opened an inch and I couldn't stand up in 3/4 of the room. No ventilation so the summer was unbearably hot. It was so dusty I had hives all over my body, and none of us could sit on the couch as it was covered in animal hair, stains, and dust. The shuttle was out of service for multiple months during the semester, and no announcement would be made when it was so we would have to stand there until we gave up/word of mouth. On a big hill so if you wanted to take TCAT, you would have to climb. The fire department showed up for a tripped alarm once, and I found out that it was because there were basement apartments without windows and smoke from cooking had nowhere to go. So so so much more but if you value your health and happiness, do not live there. The pictures are not accurate at all! They did not let me tour any apartments before moving in, which is a huge red flag. There's a reason why no one renews their leases with them

AUDEN IS HOME
Auden Ithaca Apartments provides a practical living experience with its convenient location near bus routes and close proximity to Cornell University. The maintenance team is responsive, addressing issues promptly. The rooms are adequately spacious, and the neighborhood feels safe for nighttime walks. The apartment's proximity to essential locations adds to its overall appeal, making it a sensible choice for those seeking a balanced lifestyle in Ithaca.

Avoid if you have other choices
Rent is competitive however given the facilities or the lack thereof that kinda explains. It stated that they have shuttle service to/fro campus in the morning and evening but during my time there, it is non-existent. I’m very lucky to be able to move mid-semester. Good luck incoming class!

DO NOT LIVE THERE!!!
They don't assign rooms and wouldn't let me tour the room before I moved in. There are no elevators and I lived in 1/3 of an attic with no windows, just a tiny skylight that opened a crack. I couldn't stand up straight in half of my room. The location is in the middle of a giant hill and I lived on the 5th floor ish, so getting home was hell. The shuttle was down a lot (for the entire month before and during finals season). The fire alarm went off once because apparently some people were living in the basement with no windows (ventilation) and were cooking. Their office was closed the first week I got there (two weeks after classes started) so I had to ask a roommate to let me in. I paid rent and everything before I got there, they threatened me and said I was illegally living there because I hadn't completely the move-in process, even though I couldn't get in touch with them for a week and had to contact the city to reach them.

It’s good for the price, but not particularly nice or anything imo.
