Housing

This apartment is very quiet for being only a few miles out of the city. Living here means you will most likely need a car because it is about 6 miles from school. There is public transportation around but may require several different T-Lines. Commuting in the morning for early 8 am classes takes approximately a 30-minutes. However, coming back from school to the apartment complex, any time that isn't rush hour takes approximately 12 minutes. The price of rent also includes a decent-sized balcony and a den. The den is perfect as a big office or could be used as a room, it just doesn't have a very big closet if it will be used as a room.

Love it!

Affordable for the space you get! Pet-friendly and lots of families and younger couples. Additional expenses for parking (garage options) as well as electricity, water, and gas.

Getting around Chelsea

Chelsea Reviews

I think during the day time this neighborhood is very safe, people walk to go pick up their kids and it's convenient that there are stores in the next shopping center over. After it gets dark being a female myself I'm not sure that I would feel comfortable walking alone by myself which is why I said an 8.
In a shopping center and close to a school and neighborhoods! small town and quiet feel. Downside is not a lot of public transportation. T stop 12 minute walk away on commuter rail. Car is most likely needed.
