Good Place to Live

The rental price is reasonable (maybe a bit lower than normal years due to low occupancy rate this year).

Quiet as long as you have a good roommate.

The outlook of houses may seem old. The inside is fine.

It is in Lansing. The bus stop is right in the front, but may take some time to get to campus (20-30 min).

Quiet and beautiful community

1. Location: convenient. Walking distance to Ithaca Tofu, 5 mins drive to Target and Tops, 15 mins bus to Sage
2. Property management: very responsible, quick response and great service. Fast snow removal!
3. Apartment: new modeled, very big and bright. Heaters worked well during winter
4. Community: Cornell students and professionals, very quiet and safe. Free parking.

Not bad for the price, large apartments

I don't currently live here but it was a very OK apartment in Ithaca. It was certainly one of the best in terms of location, size, and price combined. It is right near the mall, right near a bus stop, right near some running trails, and a pretty good size. There are a lot of children in these complexes too and there are a few playgrounds and an elementary school all within walking distance.

Great price if you are able to drive to school

Apartment is good. Dated but sufficient. As long as you are able to get a decent parking situation near Cornell, the overall cost of living here is very cheap for the school year. 10-month leases available upon request. Nicer than some of the slumlord apartments in Collegetown. Real fireplace.
